Rush’s recorded output does not reveal the levity and fun that the band can deliver onstage. Feedback comes closest to revealing the men behind Rush, all pretense swept away. Rush manages to sound like themselves while staying mostly faithful to the original arrangements. Feedback is the sound of a band not out to prove anything to anyone.
