We're thrilled to offer this months cd package. It's a double cd! This CD contains the long awaited for & much requested, GOD'S OWN HOOF & THE LOCUST YEARS!! Listening to the tracks on these cds, it seems that HAPPY is the name of some depressed carnival clown. He's old, dying & haunted by a ghost named Anna DeBellum. (A woman he accidentally cut in half). The cds are not coming off as a concept album, but HAPPY does seem to reappear from time to time.
